    Description

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team in Kansas City. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create, review, and analyze CPM schedules to ensure project timelines meet client expectations.
    • Utilize industry-leading software to provide value-added services to clients and contractors.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans that communicate client goals and objectives.
    • Meet contractual compliance requirements while ensuring realistic planning approaches.
    • Communicate effectively through clear and concise means to ensure project success.
    • Understand cost estimating and productivity principles to establish schedule parameters.
    • Investigate and incorporate project constraints into the planning effort.
    • Present schedules and positions in formal meetings, presentations, or negotiations.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of consistent scheduling experience with a focus on vertical commercial construction projects.
    • Solid understanding of schedule delay principles and techniques.
    • Theoretical and practical knowledge of the Critical Path Method (CPM).
    • Familiarity with contractual clauses related to planning and scheduling.
    • Ability to interpret construction documents at all levels of design.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture required.
