Job summary
The Amazon Ads Sales Incentive Compensation team is seeking a senior analyst to support managing Sales Incentive Compensation policies and governance processes.- Document and manage all Sales Incentive Compensation policy content on our Wiki as well as maintain terms and conditions documents.
- Lead the exception case review process to serve as the central point of contact to assist with policy disputes, questions, and drive effective documentation and governance of non-standard outcomes for tracking and audit purposes.
