- Act as the key strategic partner for the logistics and supply chain function of our commerce business; shaping business decisions, including the selection of the most suitable logistics and supply chain models, identification of critical logistics assets, etc.
- Conduct indepth industry research; identifying opportunities along the value chain, and providing insights and recommendations for midterm and longterm strategy
- Set target expectations and actively manage diagnostics of the logistics and supply chain practice; identifying the most critical issues for business and providing solutions
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to develop and drive strategies and critical initiatives to grow the business
- 5 years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading management consulting firm and/or tech/ecommerce companies.
- Deep understanding of the logistics market or logistics solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills and problemsolving capabilities. Experience in benchmarking, market research, competitor analysis, and GTM strategy.
- Strong communication skills and can effectively handle crossfunctional collaboration.
- Strong ownership mentality and desire to work closely with business teams take proactive initiative to identify business challenges, analyze problems, and autonomously develop and implement innovative solutions; demonstrate motivated selfstarter attitude focused on continuous improvement.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau preferred.
