Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Power BI Developer/Analyst to join our team.

As a Power BI expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights to the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and create data visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Power BI, data modeling, and a good understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that meet the needs of various business units.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
Develop data models, relationships, and calculations to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Power BI.
Optimize and tune Power BI reports for performance and usability.
Monitor and maintain existing Power BI solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.

Collaborate with the data engineering team to access and transform data from various sources into usable formats for Power BI.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.
Provide training and support to end-users on using Power BI and interpreting visualizations effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience (1+ years) as a Power BI Developer, Analyst, or similar role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
Experience in data modeling, data visualization, and report development.
Proficient in SQL and database querying.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs.
Knowledge of other data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is an advantage.
