As an Executive Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and recruiting mining professionals for key management and leadership positions within the mining and metals industry.
The role also entails client-facing interactions, business development activities, client portfolio development.Key Responsibilities:
Network and engage with key stakeholders in the industry to understand their talent recruitment challenges and propose solutionsConduct thorough research to identify potential candidates for executive positions within the mining and metals sector on an international scale.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, executives, and professionals to expand our network and enhance our market presence, in particular in the US and Canada.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs, provide strategic insights, and deliver top-notch executive search services.Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
Lead the end-to-end executive search process, from initial client consultation to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments and intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients.RequirementsProven experience as an Executive Search Consultant within the mining and metals industry.
In-depth knowledge of the international market dynamics and trends in the mining and metals sector.
Strong network within the industry, with a track record of successfully placing executives in key roles.
Exceptional communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
BenefitsRemote work schedule is an option, base salary to be agreed dependent on experience + strong commission plan.
