Education:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
Experience:
One-two years experience preferred
Other:
Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant by the State of Ohio; BLS certification.
Administers individualized physical therapy programs in accordance with treatment plan as indicated by physical therapy assessment/reassessment. Educate staff, other healthcare professionals and the general community about physical therapy services on a consistent basis.
