- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and program personnel to develop and support Electronic Warfare systems.
- Develops operational scenarios, based on the customer's goals and contractual requirements.
- Develops system requirements and architectures to ensure customer needs are appropriately translated into the products development.
- Incrementally develops the product design and delivery optimization requirements.
- Leverages Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) to support the development of functional, architectural and detailed designs.
- Continuously analyze, test and iterate technical requirements, user stories and operations concepts
- Bachelors degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline
- Experience in the design and/or integration of sensor systems such as radar or electronic warfare systems.
- Experience with performance tools such as MATLAB
- Secret Security Clearance required - Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship
- Experience with EW and Radar Signal Processing Techniques
- Proficient with Performance Analysis Tools such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, other data acquisition and processing software
- Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Experience
- Familiarity with MBSE tools such as Rhapsody, Cameo MagicDraw, etc.
- Familiarity/experience with MBSE architecture frameworks such as DoDAF, FEAF or SEAE
- Requirements management tool experience
- Familiarity with Linux Operating System and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience operating complex RF test equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.
- Experience integrating and troubleshooting complex systems
