Maximum Services Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Earthwork Foreman.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Comprehensive understanding of construction drawings
Read and comprehend survey grade stakes
Supervise & direct a 3 -7 person crew
Work safely observing company policies, OSHA Regulations, job hazard analysis (JHA), site-specific requirements and rules
Daily work reports (timecards, equipment and personnel tracking, construction photos, etc.)
Operate heavy equipment with proficiency for earthwork and grading projects as needed
Must possess a valid driver's license
Responsible for company vehicle and tools/ equipment

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills, & be willing to work individually & with a team.
Minimum 3 years previous experience in supervision of excavating/ earthwork construction work.
