    Description

    Adecco is partnering with a national commercial real estate company in Fort Washington, PA. We are looking for an Operations Specialist with an accounting background. This company provides high-quality logistics properties across the US. Their commitment to sustainability is unmatched The Utilities Operations Associates will provide day-to-day oversight and management of centralized inbox and support to department leadership across operations and investment teams.

    This role is a hybrid role in Fort Washington, PA. Please only local candidates apply. The rate for this role is between $32-$36hr. Rate is dependent on experience, education, and other factors.

    The qualified candidate will possess:

    • 3+ years of experience with MS Office, especially Excel
    • Ability to commute to the office in Fort Washington, PA 3 days per week
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and reporting
    • Demonstrated experience in project management
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to interpret documents such as leases, safety rules, plans and specifications, energy plans, and procedure manuals
    • Ability to manage and track large amounts of data, and to articulate a clear and meaningful message supported by this data
    • Demonstrates a high attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment
    • 1+ years of experience with utilities, real estate, property management, or related
    • Experience with Yardi
