    COAST COLLISION/COAST BUICK GMC IN PORT RICHEY, FL, is currently seeking Body Shop Tech to join our team.

    SIGN ON BONUS - UP TO $2,000 DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE; PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

    Responsibilities

    • Heavy Body Collision Repair
    • Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
    • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
    • Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle
    • Communicate directly with the Body Shop Estimator so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
    • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

    Qualifications

    • Capable of Heavy Body Collision Repair
    • Experience preferred
    • High school diploma or equivalent, ICAR Certification preferred.
    • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
    • Basic computer competencies
    • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
    • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
    • Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
    • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
    • Must have valid drivers license. We are a drug free workplace and must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
