    Description


    Provide support for design, development, documentation, testing, integration, security control implementation and testing, assessment and authorization, and deployment to production for enterprise cybersecurity tools capabilities.

    Document planned individual capability architectures and designs, plan upgrades and capacity expansion of existing cyber tools, provide initial integration and interoperability testing, fully deploy and configure tools in a lab environment to properly document the overall design of each capability, and achieve an Interim Authorization to Test (IATT) for each capability.

    Develop security test plans, support RMF security assessment and authorization events, integrate new capabilities into the existing Cyber Security Enterprise Architecture, follow required change and configuration management processes, and deploy fully configured and functional cyber defense systems into Production.

    Monitor and attempt to resolve all escalated issues from Tier I, escalating where necessary to Tier III (architecture) for additional support.

    Capture, maintain, and standardize the overall engineering design and implementation process for all Enterprise Cyber Security Tool capabilities.

    Requirements

    Basic Qualifications:

    3+ years' experience with privileged and elevated access with cybersecurity tools
    Experience with development of engineering documentation
    Experience developing and deploying cybersecurity tools into production
    Experience operating within the DoD Risk Management Framework
    Experience troubleshooting and resolving cybersecurity tools
    TS/SCI w/ability to obtain a CI polygraph
    DoD M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification requirements (currently Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND)
    DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification (currently CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH)
    DoD M Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) - Infrastructure Support (IS) certification requirements (currently CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND)
    HS diploma or GED and seven years relevant experience, Associate's degree and five years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience
