Job summary
Surgical Scheduler will handle scheduling coordinating surgical procedures ensuring seamless communication between patients physicians and surgical facilities.
Responsibilities
- Schedule cataract YAG laser cornea glaucoma procedures
- C coordinate surgery dates with physicians ambulatory surgery centers ASCs hospitals laser suites
- Verify insurance benefits obtain prior authorizations as required
- Maintain accurate records in EHR scheduling systems
