    Specialty Nurse - Endocrinology Methodist Plaza

    Full-time Benefit Package

    Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30 (1/2 day off TBD)

    **$5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus for External Candidates


    Responsibilities

    Join an amazing team at a nationally recognized Top Place to Work in Healthcare As a Specialty Nurse with UnityPoint Clinic Endocrinology, you'll provide team-based care to patients, playing a crucial role in providing comprehensive and specialized care to patients with endocrinology conditions in an outpatient setting.

    In this role, you will work closely with endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medications, educating patients about their condition and treatment options, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


    Qualifications
    • Current License to Practice, RN (State of Iowa).
    • High school diploma.
    • BLS and Mandatory Reporter certification.
    • Knowledge of clinical skill techniques, procedures, medical diagnoses, and treatments.
    • A positive and team-oriented attitude.
    • Ability to assist providers in professional manner.
