Description

This position consists mainly (not limited too) welcoming guests and assigning tables for them, taking payments, ensuring that guests are satisfied, and providing basic hospitality.

The host should stay busy through out the shift assisting guests, completing side-work, maintaining the coffee station, walking the floor and know what tables are available, taking to-go orders, upselling drinks and specialty items, upselling gift cards and retail items, and running the wait.

The host will provide good customer service, learn the food items and drinks, and maintain a neat and tidy appearance that adhere to uniform guidelines.
