    Weekend RN Nurse Supervisor
    • AM Shifts - Saturday/Sunday Only
    • $50-55/hr DOE
    San Jacinto, CA 92582The Bradley Gardens is now a part of Generations Healthcare and in search for a WEEKEND RN Nurse Supervisor to join our team.

    The primary role of the Charge Nurse is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise and assist the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

    Qualifications:
    • Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
    • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
    • Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
    • Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
    • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
    • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
    • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.
    • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination will be required for all facility employees as of September 30,2021 (requests for accommodation due to disability or religious belief will be reviewed)
