- Set up and manage CNC l athe m achines to perform different jobs including drilling and grinding
- R ead and understand blueprints
- Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with guidelines of the company
- C onduct tool changes
- Sett tolerance levels and cut speeds
- Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories
- P erform offsets, edits, inspections, etc.
- Basic knowledge of G&M codes
- M easure features on parts using common measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- 1 year set up experience on lathes
- D emonstrate strong knowledge of tooling
- R ead blueprints
- P ass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- ITAR compliant
