    Responsibilities

    HOUSE SUPERVISOR POSITION AVAILABLE

Our outpatient services include an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions.

    The selected candidate will provide supervisory coverage of the Nursing Department, other patient care areas and the hospital, in general, for Weekend coverage and some weekdays.

    Qualifications

    Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

  • Experience/Education: Minimum (3) three years clinical experience and/or managerial, supervisory or leadership experience required or a combination of both. Degree from an accredited nursing program, BSN or yrs of nursing experience with license preferred. Licensure: Active and unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or LPN. Additional Requirements : Trained in Non-violent crisis intervention training and CPR prior to accepting independent assignment or released from orientation.
  • Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with teenage and adult patient populations
  • Demonstrates sound leadership skills and utilizes these skills in organizing the activities and schedules for medical and/or non-medical tasks of the unit for a given shift; ability to work on units, as needed record of consistently high quality of clinical and interpersonal skills to be an exemplary role model to others; displays basic knowledge of treatment procedures; interventions common to acute psychotic as well as to non-violent crises intervention practice
