- Experience/Education: Minimum (3) three years clinical experience and/or managerial, supervisory or leadership experience required or a combination of both. Degree from an accredited nursing program, BSN or yrs of nursing experience with license preferred. Licensure: Active and unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or LPN. Additional Requirements : Trained in Non-violent crisis intervention training and CPR prior to accepting independent assignment or released from orientation.

Our outpatient services include an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions.
The selected candidate will provide supervisory coverage of the Nursing Department, other patient care areas and the hospital, in general, for Weekend coverage and some weekdays.
