    The Document Control position for support in the Quality team Issue control documents to the floor Procedures , revisions

    Build process documents update the systems

    • Supports engineering and quality with maintaining project and/or product Master Document Lists (MDLs).
    • Check internal documents PIDs, FATs, Work Orders, etc. and external documents from vendor such as CoCs, MTRs and other supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; Report errors.
    • Scan, upload and file documents into companys database according to company procedures.
    • Comprehend the details of the Data Books requirements for each project. Following a standard template, build manufacturing Data Packs and Data Books in electronic and/or hard copy form.
    • Act liaison for Project Managers/Coordinators, Buyers/Planners, Quality Control and Engineering.
    • Attend project Kick off and weekly meetings as necessary to review the upcoming and status of each project.

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Ensure that users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner and obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
    • Participate and conduct internal audits.
    • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information skillfully; Develop alternative solutions; Work well in group problem solving situations.
    • Drive continuous improvement - Identify non-conforming to internal process and drive corrective and preventive actions to completion.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED

    High school diploma or equivalent combination of education
