Summary

You will serve as a Program Management Analyst in the Hopper Information Services Center, Contracts and Business Management Division of HOPPER GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CENTER. Duty Station Suitland, MD

Duties

• You will develop and maintain strategic plans, assess policy needs and develop policies to govern contracting for information systems management and define current and future business needs.
• You will provide policy guidance and needs to IT management staff and customers.
• You will manage contractor workforce planning including recruitment, retention, training and resource planning, investment control, policy and standards development, configuration management and project management for systems implementation.
• You will conduct audits of IT programs and projects with the use of analytical tools and reports analysis to senior managers orally and in writing.
