Description
Responsible for providing physical therapy for outpatients with timely documentation in the OP Neurology department. Performs initial evaluation, develops treatment plan and provides therapy as needed. Other duties as assigned.You must pass competencies for this position.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in New York State and one year of post-licensure experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
1-year clinical experience; strong organizational skills; good communication skills; experience in outpatient programs; familiarity with outpatient regulations; and documentation requirements. Experience working with a team and strong ability to monitor therapy progress and create home carryover programs.
