- 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven success in defining and delivering impactful product strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Atlassian tools for managing backlogs, workflows, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members, fostering growth and learning.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Familiarity with integration between digital advertising platforms and external APIs.
- Background in digital marketing concepts, including campaign management, SEO, and analytics.
- Experience leading initiatives involving workflow automation or process optimization.
- Certification in product management frameworks or tools (e.g., CSPO, SAFe).
