    The Sr. Director Procurement is responsible for strategic sourcing of Capital and Inventoried telecommunications equipment and supplies, while demonstrating a high level of leadership, and vision. He/she will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives that include negotiating pricing and purchase agreements while ensuring quality and compliance with Hotwire's product specifications. This position will also support and lead process improvements and change management within the Procurement/Supply Chain functions. This position is remote in the Hotwire market area. (Florida, Georgia, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, South Carolina, North Carolina, Greater Pennsylvaniaarea and California.)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. The leader will spearhead the implementation and continuous improvement of supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement process optimization.
    2. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize purchasing needs.
    4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
    5. Develops and implements procurement and sourcing strategies across multiple state/site locations, properties, and warehouses to meet supply chain needs.
    6. Determines purchase requirements analyzes options; works to minimize risks, reduce costs and drives increased business efficiencies.
    7. Help oversee and drive new ERP transformation (Dynamics 365) including the creation and/or updating of policies and processes.
    8. Optimizes working capital through payment terms, lead-times, and sourcing utilizing efficient mid/max inventory level strategies.
    9. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization within the procurement function.
    10. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure procurement performance.
    11. Utilize procurement software and tools to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
    12. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    13. Participate actively as a key member of the Leadership Team, collaborating closely and providing support for cross functional initiatives.
    14. Supplier risk monitoring to achieve quality and commercial assurance.
    15. Anticipate requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans to measure and analyze results and/or initiate corrective actions while minimizing the impact of variances.
    16. Defines and implements process improvements in the category to increase Business stakeholder satisfaction, reduce cycle time of engagement and deliver efficiency gains while ensuring compliance with policies and mitigating supplier risk.
    17. Anticipate requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans to measure and analyze results and/or initiate corrective actions.
    18. Ability to travel to any location where the Company operates and expand territory as business needs dictate
    19. Other duties as required or assigned.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
    • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with a focus on purchasing goods and services
    • Experience in contract management, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation
    • Excellent knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and sourcing strategies
    • Ability to work Remote with travel as needed
    • Must live in the Hotwire market area
