- 8+ years experience in land development
- Systems knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other modeling software preferred
- Lead Business development efforts and own client relationships
- Guide and mentor Project Managers and team members
- Understand health and safety processes and guide with them
- Supervise and lead a team including hiring and performance management

You will have the opportunity to join as a leader over land development in an Associate Director capacity where you will oversee a regional practice.
