    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Greet and welcome members and visitors in a timely and professional manner. Assist Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager with audits, new account audit quality control and document imaging.

    Requirements:

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Maintain confidentiality of member information and other sensitive information.

    2. Greet and welcome members and visitors to the Credit Union in a prompt and professional manner consistent with service excellence best practices including introduction and use of the member's name.

    3. Assist Branch Manager with audits, new account audit quality control and document imaging.

    4. Maintain open lines of communication with Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and all staff; work closely with them to ensure quality control.

    5. Adhere to Credit Union policies and procedures, government rules and regulations, and vendor and security guidelines.

    6. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Designated safety-sensitive position. Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen (which will include marijuana testing) and adhere to the Drug and Alcohol Policy for duration of employment with the Credit Union.

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

    Education/Certification:

    • High school Graduate or GED

    Experience:

    • Must be service-oriented.
    • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be detail oriented.
