As a customer service representative at Promenade, you will deliver exceptional support to our customers and floral partners. This role involves providing friendly and accurate tier 1 assistance via phone and email, actively listening to customer inquiries, diagnosing issues, and offering helpful solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

You will also accurately identify complex technical problems and escalate them to the engineering team ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer by going above and beyond to resolve their concerns.
