Dental Care Seattle is a privately owned, multi-doctor practice providing comprehensive restorative and aesthetic dentistry in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood. We are seeking a skilled, mid-level Dental Assistant who takes pride in efficiency, organization, and delivering high-quality clinical care.
Our practice combines strong systems with modern digital workflows. We operate in a productive, well-structured environment where assistants play a key role in case execution, patient experience, and clinical flow.
This is a position for someone who is confident chairside, understands pace, and values precision.

Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Maintaining efficient operatory flow and turnover
- Digital radiography and intraoral scanning
- Instrument organization and strict infection control protocols
- Supporting a productive daily schedule with professionalism and focus
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of chairside assisting experience
- Dentrix experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured, team-oriented setting
- Reliable, accountable, and growth-minded

Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: Off
