As our Vice President of Human Resources, you'll play a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing HR team.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our business goals, fostering a positive and engaging work environment, and attracting and retaining top talent.
Qualifications:
An experienced leader and human resource executive with appropriate industry experience, preferably in the service and manufacturing fields
Strategic planner with sound technical skills and operational focus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Master's degree or equivalent; or fifteen years related experience
Proven experience in resolving conflicts and managing complex HR issues
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance in accordance with the Armstrong Group's strategic vision and business models.
Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans for key positions
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication
Enhance and enforce HR policies and procedures for overall effectiveness
Continually assess competitiveness of HR programs against comparable companies
Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic direction for the organization's environmental health and safety programs
Advise and evaluate on mergers and acquisitions activity
