Looking for a professional Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience.

Serve as Requirements elicitor, translating business needs into IT Requirements

Assist as needed in QA activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Acquire a thorough understanding of the division's business model.

Introduced enhanced Key Performance Indicators, statistically correlated to increased Operating Margin and Customer Retention

• Manage Dynamics CRM for Sales and Service Group

Create and manage insightful dashboards which analyze business trends and improve customer retention

Learn existing systems and how they integrate with each other.

Facilitate and drive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.

Lean / Six Sigma concepts to the Service Organization in support of Lender-Placed Insurance Service group Document existing processes and new/enhanced application system requirements.

Conduct requirements walk-through's with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure complete understanding and obtain sign-off.
