A people person. This is really a customer service job because your goal is to make our residents and patients happy. You might come from retail, restaurant or manufacturing. You might be a student or a retiree. Whoever you are, you're all about providing five-star service.
Variety is nice. We have a dining room that's like a restaurant, yet we also bring meals to rooms. You can be a server, help with food prep or take on kitchen cleaning duties. That keeps every day interesting.
Just the start. We'll provide on-the-job training to help you succeed. This is often a gateway into other jobs with us. In fact, our CEO's first job in the industry was in a dishwashing role.
