    Job DescriptionRole

    As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Machine Maintenance Operator), you'll be responsible for keeping all equipment operational, diagnosing and repairing or replacing faulty parts and components, installing and repairing electrical systems, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. You'll also be expected to multitask and be flexible to meet customer needs.

    Qualifications
    • High School diploma required.
    • At least five years of related experience in maintenance (mechanical required / plus electrical preferred).
    • Experience in manufacturing, industrial or warehouse settings.
    • Availability to occasionally work overtime and on Saturdays.
    • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (including but not limited to lifting up to 50 pounds and moving up to 250 pounds, frequent overhead work, bend & squat & stoop, and climb stairs as well as standing and/or walking for long periods of time).
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Leadership, working independently, customer centricity, collaboration, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), advanced critical thinking, problem solving skills, team leadership and participation. Ability to use ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs effectively. Continuous Improvement skills and experience is essential.
    • Must pass a pre-employment physical and pre-employment background check.
