- Chemical and biological data analysis and contaminant fate & transport evaluation;
- Remedial technologies reviews and feasibility studies;
- Groundwater and soil remedy evaluation, cost estimation, calculations, and implementation;
- Interact with project personnel (contractors, project managers, engineers & clients) and assist in cultivating an integrated team approach through open lines of communications and participation in work progress meetings;
- Assist with environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance services, and permitting;
- Perform and review project calculations;Perform data analysis, including preparing maps (using GIS), tables, and figures; and
- Based on your current level of experience, you may be asked to take on task-level or project management responsibilities, along with business development, and staff mentoring tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, earth science (geology or hydrology), environmental, civil, or chemical engineering. (required)
- Advanced degree in geology or environmental engineering. (preferred)
- Professional registration (i.e., P.E, P.G.) (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience (7+ preferred) in an environmental consulting environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
- Familiarity with water treatment technologies, emerging contaminants, and petroleum-related technologies. (preferred)
- An outstanding track record for client management and technical leadership. (preferred)
- Project experience involving environmental regulatory compliance, historical research, and environmental assessment. (preferred)
- Excellent writing and communication skills. (required)
- Regular fieldwork and overnight travel. (required)
- Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing may be required.
- Valid U.S. drivers license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
