    What will you do in this job?Manage all aspects of laundry operations:

    scheduling, ordering, inventory, discipline, etcMaintain equipment and tools to ensure quality and team safetyInvest in laundry team by teaching and trainingWork closely with general manager, housekeeping manager, and food & beverage managers to ensure needs are being metKeeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisorOffers assistance to guests and teammates where neededBe a utility player who can complete a variety of job dutiesThis job description describes at a high level what a Laundry Supervisor does, but no document can anticipate every single task, issue or project that could come up.

     What skills and experience do you need for this job?Working knowledge of commercial laundry operations with at least 1-2 years management experienceWork-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is keyBe willing and able to work solo or as part of a teamBe committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standardsBe organized with a great eye for detailBe kind to others and always bring your bestBe a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
