    Title: Technology Manager
    Report to: Director, Technology

    Desired Experience and Skills:

    • Associate Degree, Certificate, or Diploma from a Technical School preferred

    • 3-5 years of related experience

    • Experience with Microsoft Server and Workstation OS, Microsoft Admin Centers, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD,
    SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams

    • Remote desktop support experience

    • PC imaging knowledge

    • Experience with Cisco Meraki, SonicWALL, NetSuite, and Crestron AV solutions a plus

    • Experience with NetSuite, SOAP web services, SuiteScript APIs, RESTlets and CSV imports/exports a plus

    • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, including active listening, positive attitude

    • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, time management, and prioritization skills

    • Proficiency in fostering and managing relationships with technology vendors we partner with.

    • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently on assigned duties

    Role Summary: The Technology Manager plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of technology
    resources within the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Technology, this position is responsible for managing and
    implementing technology initiatives, overseeing IT infrastructure, and providing technical support to our associates.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with
    organizational goals.

    • Manage vendor partnerships, including MSPs, AV, VOIP, data,
    phone, hardware, and software providers.

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology
    projects assigned.

    • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure,
    including networks, servers, and software systems.

    • Identify, mitigate, and report technology-related risks, such as
    cybersecurity threats and data breaches.

    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards,
    such as data protection laws and industry-specific
    requirements.

    • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with technology vendors and
    service providers.

    • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.

    • Collaborate with internal team to understand technology needs
    and provide responsive support and solutions.

    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends,
    recommending innovations and process improvements.

    Technical Support Responsibilities:


    • Provide local and remote administration and support server,
    security, networking, VPN connectivity, storage systems, and
    desktops, for all CBI locations with travel as necessary.

    • Manage User Access and Security

    • Track and update IT inventory.

    • Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all desktops,
    laptops, mobile devices, and other CBI-approved technology
    peripherals.

    • Provide support across all tiers, collaborating with the technology
    team to ensure prompt assistance to end-users and maintain
    high-quality service, with efficient escalation when necessary.

    • Plan, configure, maintain, and test business continuity, disaster
    recovery, and backup platforms.

    • Maintain servers and desktop systems by managing software,
    including OS, anti-virus, MDR, as well as performing disk
    cleanups, software audits, and patch/version management.

    • Collaborate with AV vendors to set up, configure, and maintain
    equipment.

    • Coordinate the setup of audio/video/teleconferencing
    equipment for meetings and company events.
