Job summary
We are looking for a motivated Bar Back to join our team You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience greeting guests maintaining cleanliness of the bar assisting with prep of ingredients needed for the bar restocking polishing glassware and creating hospitality for guests alongside the bartenders.This job is great for you if you are great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment With special attention to the details you care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and related service areas Lobby bar area etc.
- Assist with daily prep prior to service and restocking both before and during service hours
- Polishing cleaning and replenishing glassware and bar tools in support of the bartender
- Greeting guests providing menus place settings anticipating needs during guest experience such as refilling water or replacing cutlery
