Job summary
The Commercial Loan Officer III will originate and structure commercial real estate loans including office retail industrial multifamily and mixed-use properties establish and maintain relationships with developers brokers attorneys and various CRE industry networking sources analyze financial statements rent rolls operating statements and market data to strategically apply to sound credit decision making conduct cash flow and collateral analysis to assess transactional risk at hand negotiate loan terms coordinate closings with outside legal counsel internal underwriting teams monitor loan portfolio performance ensure compliance with credit policies meet exceed annual production portfolio growth goals while maintaining sound credit quality ROI.
