- Create visually stunning and impactful designs for various marketing collaterals, including social media graphics, banners, email campaigns, presentation decks, website graphics, and print materials.
- Effectively Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and mediums, ensuring brand consistency and recognition.
- Design and optimize graphics for websites, landing pages, and other digital assets to enhance user experience and drive engagement for our development clients.
- Research industry trends and competitors' design strategies to ensure our designs remain fresh, modern, and ahead of the curve.
- Develop compelling content that effectively communicates key messages and brand values.
- Utilize various design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all designs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, techniques, and industry best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or creative setting.
- Proficient in design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a good understanding of typography, color theory, copywriting and layout principles.
- Experience creating designs optimized for various digital platforms, including social media and websites.
