We are hiring for one of our clients, a well-established and rapidly growing home furnishings retailer with over 75 years of industry experience. With continuous expansion and new store openings, this organization is known for

As a Sales Team Member, you will transform store guests into loyal customers. You will guide guests through the store, provide expert product knowledge, and help them design spaces they will love. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service and create exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and visible presence on the sales floor
- Engage with guests respectfully while representing the brand positively
- Accurately process sales orders in compliance with cash handling procedures
- Assist customers with credit applications and financing options as needed
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all sales transactions
- Resolve customer concerns independently whenever possible
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention processes
- Participate in bi-annual inventory checks
- Meet and exceed sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 25 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident in customer interactions
- Ability to inspire action through effective communication
- Comfortable sharing ideas and engaging customers
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Thrives in a customer-focused environment
Compensation
- Paid training for the first two weeks at
$17.13 per hour
(minimum wage based on location) - Post-training hourly rate remains the same, with
eligibility for incentives - Bi-weekly and monthly sales incentives
- Quarterly written sales bonus ranging from
$0 to $3,500
, based on individual and store performance - Incentive rates range from
0.25% to 30%
depending on products sold and sales volume
