    Position Summary: The Healthcare Software Training and Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in equipping our staff with the necessary skills and proficiency to utilize key clinical applications within the Revere Health system. This position blends education, coordination, and technical support to ensure seamless integration of software tools into our clinical workflows.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Develop and update training standards tailored to clinical applications, encompassing courses, materials, competency assessments, and workflows.
    • Lead engaging and effective training sessions for both new and existing clinical staff across various formats, including traditional classrooms, one-on-one sessions, small groups, and e-learning platforms.
    • Collaborate closely with clinical teams and internal departments to align training initiatives with operational workflows and assist in the rollout of new software features or updates.
    • Offer on-site support to clinical staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimized utilization of clinical software applications.
    • Address inquiries and troubleshoot challenges via phone, email, and trouble tickets, offering prompt and effective solutions.
    • Provision new clinical users and prepare them for specialized training sessions.
    • Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles observed among clinical staff.
    • Design and execute specialized training programs focusing on clinical applications.
    • Demonstrate excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clinical staff effectively.
    • Manage tasks autonomously in a clinical environment, prioritizing based on clinical needs.
    • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to clinical software applications.
    • Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Office products, electronic health records (EHR), and virtual training platforms tailored to clinical settings.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in healthcare, adult education, clinical informatics, communication, human resources, or information management.
    • Two years of experience in education or training within a clinical setting is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at clinical terminology and contexts.
    • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks based on clinical requirements.

    Hours: Mon-Friday 8:30-5:00
