    The Document and Workflow Operations (DWO) - Disclosures & Notices (D&N) team manages disclosure content for prospect marketing, new & existing Clients in print, verbal, and digital channels. D&N partners with front line units and support areas to align strategic priorities and develop solutions to create, publish, and govern content change management needs. D&N delivers for Consumer & Small Business Card, Deposits, Merrill, Private Bank, ECIS, Large Commercial, and other product & servicing organizations. D&N is seeking a motivated individual to manage content change related to Consumer & Small Business Card marketing disclosures.

    Job Description:

    This job is responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the research and execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s). Key responsibilities include strategically advising upon the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies.

    Responsibilities:
    • Advises on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using discretionary judgment
    • Advises on projects and directs activities of a team related to special initiatives
    • Advises as a technical expert in assigned area, providing an understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function
    • Consults on present-state, develops alternative future-state approaches, and facilitates implementations by creating a clear and coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control
    • Identifies and recommends responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs/projects
    • Collaborate with DWO and LOB teams to deliver disclosure correspondence using established change management routines
    • Effectively communicate business requirements and expectations to internal and external teams to ensure that notifications are accurate and sent on time
    • Assist with consistency, standards, and approach for content migration and change execution, where applicable
    • Effectively and efficiently manage disclosure workflow process by participating in testing, post-production validation, and project work including requirements, documentation, implementation, digitization, and monitoring of content change
    • Coordinate tasks across multiple teams, and have a proven history of applying critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to drive change
    • Maintain processes to adhere to laws, rules and regulations
    • Administer defined procedures, production metrics and reporting, as well as exception processing, where applicable
    Required Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of strategy development, change management, or related experience
    • Distinguished listening, verbal and written skills with keen attention to detail
    • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others
    • Think strategically, operationally, and creatively
    • Prioritize workload, work with short deadlines and perform well under pressure

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Bi-lingual - fluent in Spanish
    • DWO tools and process knowledge including Messagepoint, HP Exstream, Agile Methodology, Jira, ALM, TSYS
    • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Card/Deposits or Wealth Management Product, or related Servicing organizations
    • Understanding of product offer engine and source codes
    • Proven ability to establish and develop interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively with multiple levels of the organization, cross-functional teams, and across multiple work locations
    • Operational process, content inventory management, or workflow design experience
    • Write Test Objectives, review Test Scripts, create Post Install Scripts, and complete Post-Production Validation
    • Issue management and ability to identify, diagnose, escalate, and resolve production issues in collaboration with vendor, technology, strategy and other partners
    • Willingness to improve, develop skills, innovate, and change as the industry demands
