Job summary

The incumbent is responsible for answering member inquiries pertaining to product information and claims resolution in a call center environment.

  • Provides first-level problem resolution to member inquiries via telephone by gathering and researching information;
  • Analyzes education to interpret contractual language for the purpose of providing benefit utilization and limitations;
  • Maintains customer advocate records by identifying underlying customer needs and guiding them to appropriate resources or programs;
