    The Kids Ministry Director is a vital leadership role dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth and development of children within our faith community.

    This position involves designing and implementing engaging programs, fostering a safe and welcoming environment, and mentoring young learners.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for teaching children, and a deep commitment to Christian values.

    Experience in social work, mentoring, or event planning is highly valued, along with skills in communication, Christian counseling, and fundraising.

    The Kids Ministry Director plays a key role in building relationships with families and supporting the overall mission of the church's children's ministry.

    *Duties
    • Develop and oversee age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote spiritual growth and biblical understanding.
    • Lead and train volunteer teams to ensure effective delivery of children's programs.
    • Coordinate weekly Sunday school sessions, special events, and holiday programs.
    • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children of all backgrounds.
    • Provide mentorship and support to children and their families, including offering bereavement support when needed.
    • Collaborate with church leadership to align ministry goals with overall church mission.
    • Plan community outreach events to engage families and promote the ministry's presence in the local community.
    *Skills
    • Proven experience working with children in educational or faith-based settings.
    • Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring, team management, or volunteer coordination.
    • Excellent communication skills for engaging children, parents, volunteers, and church staff effectively.
    • Ability to plan and execute engaging events that foster community involvement.
    • Knowledge of Christian counseling principles and bereavement support techniques.
    • Experience with fundraising strategies to support ministry initiatives.
    • Compassionate demeanor with a genuine passion for mentoring youth within a faith context.

    From $250.00 per month
