- Prepare, sterilize, and set up surgical equipment and supplies before and during surgery.
- Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon and other team members.
- Monitor and maintain a sterile environment during surgeries.
- Prepare and position patients for surgical procedures.
- Handle specimens and tissue samples for laboratory testing.
- Clean and restock the operating room after each procedure.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the efficient flow of surgical operations.
- Follow all safety and infection control policies and protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of surgical procedures.
- Stay uptodate with advancements in surgical technology and techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited surgical technology program.
- Previous experience as a surgical tech prefered.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and supplies.
- Excellent handeye coordination and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
- CPR certification.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and oncall shifts.

The Surgical Tech at HR Employer Solutions Group will be responsible for providing support to surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of surgical techniques, equipment, and patient care, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and it is an individual contributor role.Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $30 per hour, paid weekly.
