Salary and Benefits
This position is in Salary Grade CS1, with a minimum salary of $16.23 per hour. The successful candidate's salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the salary grade range. This position is not eligible for fringe benefits.

General Description

The Regional Coordinator serves as a liaison for Northeast Community College and the residents of Keya Paha, Rock and Brown counties.

This position manages the Northeast Community College Office in Ainsworth, NE, assists in the development of programming, represents Northeast in the region, assists with Early College initiatives, and facilitates student support services.

May work occasional evenings and weekends and must be able to travel in Keya Paha, Rock, and Brown counties and to the Norfolk campus as required.

Qualifications:
Education

Associate degree and one year of relevant job experience required.

Requires demonstrated ability to work effectively with community organizations, businesses, agencies, and educational institutions.


Qualification:
Skills

Excellent communication, human relations, decision-making, writing, and organizational skills required. Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software helpful.
