    Responsibilities
    Responsible for dealer marketing ensuring marketing support for our offline store network

    Partner with dealers in order to drive and coordinate events, including overall project management, coordination of internal resources, creation of digital promotional materials, logistics, and budget oversight.

    Identify and coordinate event partnerships with relevant third parties; plan, executive and budget accordingly.
    Ensure achievement of KPIs, with ongoing optimisation of strategy and planning.
    Responsible for monthly/biweekly dealer newsletters and ensuring timely and valuable updates.
    Responsible for creating dealer marketing materials including retail materials, instore displays, and digital promotional materials.
    Coordinate overall product launch timeline & marketing support for offline store network
    Identify further initiatives and opportunities to support our dealer network on an ongoing basis.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.

    3-4 years of experience in event management, marketing, retail marketing, or related roles, preferably in the ebike or micromobility industry.

    Proficient in event planning and project management with demonstrated coordination expertise.
    Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with dealers and internal parties
    Experience creating impactful marketing materials across a number of different touch points both online and offline
    Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong organizational and time management skills.
