    Description

    Our **Shift Managers** directs other employees through their daily routines and interacts with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience. Shift Managers act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.

    Shift Managers ensure that employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing the food, stocking supplies, serving, charging people for their food, handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers and answering questions.

    **Job Requirements:**

    Minimum 6 months experience in position with an excellent service record

    Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

    Must be a team player

    Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and positive demeanor

    Knowledge of all restaurant policies, practices, and operational procedures

    May require difficult work positions. Occasionally utilizes sense of taste and smell, far vision, step stool, works around chemicals/cleaners, walks on uneven surfaces, lifts and/or carries up to 50lbs
