- Plan and build production schedules
- Resolve scheduling issues with Operations management
- Participate and support delivery initiatives and improvements
- Work with expeditors and Commercial to ensure schedules are meeting customer requirements
- Participate in training activities as needed
- Available for periodic weekend and holiday coverage
- Other ad hoc duties as requested
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, troubleshooting and strategic thinking
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Be reasonably proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations
- Production scheduling experience or experience in activities that have supported the scheduling activity
- A basic working knowledge of steelmaking/material flow a plus
