    Technical Account Manager (Cloud Delivery)

    What will you do?


    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges related to cloud delivery.

    Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored cloud delivery strategies
    Lead the end-to-end delivery process, oversee resource allocation, and ensure timely and efficient deployment of cloud services.
    Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on cloud architecture, infrastructure design, migration strategies, and optimization opportunities.

    Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks in the delivery process and work with internal teams to develop solutions and mitigate risks.

    Shape new feature developments that our Product teams are working on
    Ensuring compliance with technical quality standards in implementation projects based on Magnolia
    What do you bring in?

    Minimum three years of professional experience in technical consulting or management, as a Technical Project Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Architect - ideally in a CMS/DXP/PaaS/SaaS environment

    Proven knowledge and practical experience in the areas of software rollout & release planning, deployment strategies, CI/CD scenarios, systems engineering or DevOps, especially with a focus on cloud-based operating models.

    Deep understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), cloud migration methodologies, and best practices.
    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
    The ability to turn customer requirements and problems into product features and solutions
    Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with client
    Fluent in German & English, both verbally and in writing is a must
