Lexus of Orland is in need of a talented Counterperson to work side by side with the Parts Director to help oversee Daily Operations of our Parts Department.
Qualified Candidate must have Prior Dealership Experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
• Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and prior parts experience (preferred)
• Ability to complete tasks while working independently
• Available to work on Saturday
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
