    Supply Chain Program Manager - (Sales/DTC focus)

    Lead Supply Chain capabilities enablement in support of various Sales/DTC (Direct to Consumer) initiatives.

    Required Qualifications
    • End to end, deep understanding of supply chain forward and reverse flow
    • Experience supporting Sales/DTC initiatives
    • Understanding of product SKU variations and associated considerations
    • Work with cross-functional partners to deliver projects from initiation through close within supply chain functions (sourcing/manufacturing/supply planning/inventory/logistics)
    • Work within an agile delivery methodology to develop and support sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and develop cross functional project plans, including partnership with technology teams, vendors, and leaders.
    • Implement program & change management frameworks, processes, and templates "right-sized" for speed, scale, and seamless implementation through project cycle.
    • Foster broad cross-functional collaboration and alignment to drive communication, integrated planning, and execution.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Medical device experience nice to have
