- Serve as the primary Executive Assistant to the Founder/Managing Partner
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for executive and client meetings
- Prepare materials and handle follow-up for client meetings to ensure nothing is missed
- Coordinate communication between the CEO, clients, and internal teams
- Draft, organize, and manage correspondence, reports, and documents with accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion
- Support firm growth initiatives, including coordination as additional office locations are added
- Proactively identify priorities, deadlines, and potential issues before they arise
- Prior experience supporting senior executives in a professional, client-facing environment
- Background in financial services a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with CRM systems a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly around meeting preparation
- Clear, direct communicator comfortable speaking up when needed
- Strong judgment and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed during busy or stressful periods
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
- Fully onsite role in Camp Hill, PA
- Standard schedule is Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
- Some flexibility with start times or lunch breaks as needed
- Competitive salary of $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience
